Nadiad is a city and administrative centre of the Kheda district in the Indian state of Gujarat and the 8th largest city in the state of Gujarat. In this city a Trust in the name of "Charotar Charitable Trust" is operational since 2003. In Nadiad city there are numerous School and colleges providing quality education. To take benefit of good education, students come from various part of Gujarat State study at Nadiad. Therefore good hostel facility is an essential requirement in Nadiad city. Often girls from some remote area of Gujarat do come for studying in schools and colleges at Nadiad. It was observed that girls were facing difficulty like resident and longing.

History of Establishment:

In the year 2013 The Managing Trustee Mr. Vinubhai Suthar decided to start a Girls' Hostel under "Charotar Charitable Trust" and he called meeting of all the trustee members for the taking common consent of all to start up a Girls' Hostel. Upon receiving yes nod from all the trustees to open Girls' hostel at Nadiad under the trust, "SANTRAM KANYA CHHATRALAY" – a ladies hostel was started in 2013. The hostel is run with help of the Shree Santram Mandir main priest Ramdasji Maharaj.
